What Happens to the Winnings

Winnings from promotional spins usually carry their own rollover, separate from any deposit bonus. A requirement of thirty times the winnings is common and it is a substantially larger obstacle than the same multiple applied to a bonus amount.

Comparing Two Offers Properly

Multiply count by per-spin value, then check what rollover applies to winnings and whether a conversion cap is attached. An offer of a hundred rounds at a low per-spin figure with a thirty times requirement and a cap is worth far less than a smaller offer with none of those.

The marketing leads with whichever number is largest, which is almost always the count. Reading past it takes a minute and changes the ranking more often than not.
